This equipment combines De-gassing system, chiller, and CO2 mixer.

The beverage is first filled into the de-gas tank, the CO2 is injected into the tank to remove extra oxygen from the beverage. Then the beverage is pumped into the chiller and is cooled to a preset temperature. The cooled beverage is then pumped into the mixer to be mixed with pre-determined amount of CO2. After going through the three systems, the beverage is now carbonated.
